Darius showed us the difference between the treated water and our tap water, it was shocked to see how dirty the tap water is. Everything Well explained and professional during the visit. Highly recommended if you need water treatment.

Darius was excellent to work with and made sure everything was working when he left. Even called on his way home to remind us to check on something. He was thorough and even left our home cleaner then he found it. Darius knows what customer service is.

Javier was a very professional technician in conducting the annual cleaning of our gas fireplace. He was polite and patient in explaining a problem we had with the thermocoupler near the pilot valve. During his visit, he was careful in keeping his work site and the fireplace area clean. Finally, his advice of helpful hints about problem areas we should look into was appreciated. Overall, I felt he was a professional, knowledgeable, helpful technician. He is a real asset of Cyprus Air that I would welcome again at future visits.

The service professional was very courteous and punctual. He was unobtrusive and respected our space. He maintained a clean environment and picked up after himself. On could not tell that he ever visited other than the fireplace had a clean look which was on purpose. He was focused on his job and performed it in a timely manner. I felt comfortable leaving him to his work and not having to be there to watch. His professionalism is something I suggest others emulate.

I have been using Cyprus Air heating and Cooling for over 10 years. They have installed 2 systems in my home & our gas fireplaces. We have maintenance’s on our systems with them and have been extremely pleased over the years they go above and beyond to make sure their customer are happy.

The Best Experience that I ever had. This company is extremely professional. The day before the scheduled time they confirmed the time. The day of the service they called ahead. To my surprise the after the service a manager called to see if everything was ok. Great Service! High Standards.

Last week I bought a gas firelog set and as a promotion they had going on a received a second set free, installed!!! The price by far was the cheapest around. The showroom is simply breath-taking. Everyone there was so helpful and courteous. They definitely have a customer for life here.

I had my water tested today as a courtesy from Cyprus Air, which I truly appreciated. My technician, Deshawn Patterson, was an absolute sweetheart—very informative, never rushed, and not at all pushy about selling products. I was very pleased with the visit and am considering purchasing some of the filters they offer. In a world where we have limited control over the quality of what we consume, testing our water and addressing any issues feels like a meaningful first step toward better health and well-being.

Sal was very pleasant. He arrived on time and did a god job of explaining what our options were given our existing fireplace. He also helpfully explained the advantages and disadvantages of the various options. We appreciated his time.

Mr Karzai is a knowledgeable technician. He explain what he was going to do and patiently answered all my questions. He ensured the area he worked in was cleaned before he departed.

Derrick did an excellent job on installing our ventless fireplace. He did this very expeditiously and explained the process as well as answered all of my questions. He also made sure that the work area was clean.

Cyprus Air came by my house to do their service inspection & was able to complete some repairs to my hvac system very quickly & was done w/in 1 hour! Very prompt service & showed me all his worked when he was done. Peace of mind a professional came by to perform proper maintenance and repair to my hvac.

My technician introduced himself at the door, was very courteous and quick. We haven't had any issues with our HVAC since it was installed two years ago. Love that they do a yearly check-up on it.
